apart, replace the bearings, and bore the cylinders 0.020" over and go with some forged pistons. It almost appears to me that you may have installed the tensioner with too little free-play. There is supposed to be about 4mm worth of the tensioner pin sticking out when it is all put together to allow for the thermal expansion of the engine when it warms up. Without that, it is going to put excessive load on the bearings and cause them to fail. You have two toasted t-belt bearings there.. Anywho, sorry to see this bro - time to build her up!
